Would you like to learn more about your body fat percentage, muscle mass and basal metabolic rate?

 

Visit our District Health Centre Express in September for a body composition analysis and gain a clearer understanding of your key health indicators!

 

We have also prepared a series of talks and classes covering nutrition, exercise and healthy lifestyle habits. These activities will help you develop healthier routines, improve your diet and exercise habits, and work towards a healthier life.

 

After taking part in our September activities, you are also invited to join our Health Progress Assessment Day on 1 October. Participants can receive another body composition analysis to review their progress and achievements.

 

A variety of health-related activities will also be available on the day, including:
