Remarks:

(1) Standard service mainly focus on low back pain and osteoarthritic knee pain. Service users are entitled to a maximum of 8 sessions of subsidized services (including occupational therapy, Chinese medicine, physiotherapy, or dietetics service), which must be completed within 10 weeks from the date of service registration.

(2) Elderly Health Care Vouchers (including rewards under the Pilot Reward Scheme) are only applicable to standard services; they are not applicable to value-added services.

(3) Value-added Services: Covers a variety of musculoskeletal problems, including mechanical back pain, knee pain, mechanical neck pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain, wrist & hand pain, hip pain, and ankle & foot pain.

(4) Occupational Therapy and Dietetic services require a referral from doctor. Chinese medicine services may require a doctor’s referral depending on the situation.

(5) Details of the charges are subject to the announcement of the Health Bureau.

(6) Medical fee waiver is not applicable to the Scheme.
